Select: click to select, drag to move district.

Edit: drag square handles to reshape. Right-click vertex to delete.

Wall: click wall vertex to switch. Drag ◆ to move gate. Drag ○ edge to resize. Shift+click wall to add gate. Right-click ◆ to remove gate.

Del Delete selected district. Click + (Districts) to add one. Esc to cancel.

Landmarks: pick type, click +, then click a district. One per district.
